文档介绍:94 食品与药品 Food and Drug 2013年第15卷第2期大孔吸附树脂富集枸杞子中总黄酮的工艺研究胡晓莲,张华(山东中医药大学,山东济南 250335)摘要:目的筛选富集纯化枸杞子中总黄酮的大孔吸附树脂并确立其工艺参数,以提高产品纯度。方法优选大孔吸附树脂,并考察其工艺参数,采用比色法测定枸杞含量。结果筛选合适的吸附树脂DA-201,得到最佳的工艺参数为:上样量10 柱床体积(BV),上样液浓度15 mg/mL,上样液流速1 BV/h,上样液pH3;解吸洗脱剂乙醇浓度为40 %,乙醇用量8 BV。 %, %。结论 DA-201型树脂在所确定的工艺条件下富集纯化总黄酮效果良好,树脂可重复利用,成本低,具有很好的应用前景。关键词:枸杞子;总黄酮;吸附;大孔树脂中图分类号: 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1672-979X(2013)03-0094-04Extraction Research of Total Flavonoids from Lycii Fructus by Macroporous Adsorption ResinHU Xiao-lian, ZHANG Hua(Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jinan 250355, China)Abstract: Objective To study the optimum extraction technology of ?avonoids from Lycii fructus by macroporous adsorption resin and improve the purity of product. Methods Optimizing suitable macroporous adsorption resin and process parameters, and using colorimetric method for the determination of Lycii fructus. Results The appropriate adsorption r esin was DA-201, sample loading was 10bed volume (BV), sample concentration was 15 mg/mL, the ?ow rate was lBV /h, pH 3; desorption experimental elution agent was 40 % ethanol, and amount of ethanol was 8 BV.
