摘要:目的研究 7 种余甘子树皮的化合物体外抗单纯疱疹病毒 1 型活性。方法采用细胞病
变效应法(Cytopathogenic effect, CPE)测定余甘子树皮的化合物的药物毒性及抗单纯疱疹
病毒 1 型的活性。结果 7 种余甘子树皮的化合物中具有部分抗单纯疱疹病毒 1 型活性的成
分。结论 7 种余甘子树皮的化合物具有抗 HSV-1 的活性,适用于抗单纯疱疹病毒 1 型治疗
药物的深入研究与开发。

Phyllanthus emblica Linn in Vitro

Abstract: IObjective To investigate the anti-herpes simplex virus type1 (HSV-1) activities of 7
extracts from Phyllanthus emblica Linn in vitro. Methods Cytotoxicity and anti-herpes simplex
virus type1 activity of different extracts were determined by cytopathogenic effect assay (CPE).
Results pounds from Phyllanthus emblica Linn showed antiviral activities toward
HSV-1. Conclusion pounds from Phyllanthus emblica Linn have anti-HSV-1 activity in
vitro and can be used for the further research and development of anti-HSV-1 drugs.

单纯疱疹病毒 1 型(Herpes simplex virus type 1, HSV-1),为线性双链 DNA
