摘要:本文采用机械球磨法,添加少量稀土 Nd 调控磁性相界面,研究不同 Nd 添加方式对
Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe 纳米复合磁体性能的影响。按照原子比 Fe : Nd =95 : 5,Fe : Nd = :
的比例,预合金化制备 Fe95Nd5 和 软磁合金,随后与 Nd2Fe14B 粉末混合球磨,经
700 ℃晶化退火 10 min,合成了不同软磁相含量的 Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe 纳米双相复合磁体。在此
基础上,进一步讨论了以 Nd2Fe14B 和α-Fe 为起始原料,以 Nd 为界面改善剂,对纳米复合
磁体性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,球磨晶化处理后,复合磁体主要由 Nd2Fe14B 硬磁相
和α-Fe 软磁相组成;随软磁相含量的增加,复合磁体的矫顽力降低,然而增加软磁相预合
金中 Nd 元素的含量可以提高复合磁体的矫顽力。而且较之于形成 Fe-Nd 预合金,Nd 元素
作为界面改善剂单独添加更加有利于增强纳米复合磁体的矫顽力及退磁化曲线的矩形度,从
而提高最大磁能积。

Abstract: In this study, Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe posite s were fabricated by the
mechanically ball milling. The effects of the Nd adding on the ic properties of
Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe posite s were studied. Soft ic alloys Fe95Nd5 and
were made by mechanically ball milling on the atomic ratio of Fe: Nd = 95 : 5 and
: . Subsequently the soft ic alloys were milled with Nd2Fe14B powders and the
mixed powders were annealed at 700℃ for 10 minutes. Thus Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe posite
