摘要:5 岁以下儿童死亡率,是衡量一个地区妇幼保健工作的重要指标。目前国内外对 5 岁以
下儿童死亡进行的研究涉及的研究层面不广,大多是研究单因素,如交通伤害等,不足以从
宏观上统揽 5 岁以下儿童死亡的全貌。本研究正是一种对地区 5 岁以下儿童死亡风险的科学
的评价方法,对卫生管理工作者有重要的参考价值。作者选用了层次分析法,首先得到影响
5 岁以下儿童死亡的评价指标,再运用 arcgis 进行栅格的重分类,再根据得到的权重值叠加
分析,得到最终的儿童死亡风险的地区评分图。这样就能使各种指标的数据在地图上显示出
来,并且使各种数据联系起来,加权总和后的数据更加全面,也更加正确,也方便提取在 5
岁以下儿童死亡风险评价图中的隐含的空间信息,方便对减少 5 岁以下儿童死亡提供一些决
策。

under the Age of 5 Years in China Based on GIS

Abstract: At present, most of the researches on the causes to the death of children under five at
home and abroad only cover a narrow range of hierachies, tending to focus only on death caused
by traffic accident for example. In this sense, they fail to conduct prehensive study on this
issue from a microscopic perspective. A scientific evaluation approach to the morality risk of the
children under five in this region, the research serves as an important reference for the managing
staff in health care. With analytic hierarchy process, the author first works out the evaluation
