摘要::本文提出了考虑周期性边界条件时水泥水化计算机模拟方法,描述了单一水泥颗粒
水化模拟的基本原理,引入三个参数量化水化过程中水泥颗粒之间的干扰效应。基于数值模
拟的水泥石微观结构提出了水化度计算方法。在此基础上,结合水化度与水泥水化产物数量、
混凝土孔隙率之间的关系,提出了混凝土碳化深度简化预测模型。通过水泥矿物组分、水灰
比、粒径分布曲线来确定模型中所需参数,使模拟更加接近真实情况。本文采用水灰比为
的混凝土进行碳化试验验证,试验结果与模型结果相差 7%,表明该模型简化了当前理
论预测的数学复杂性,可以有效地预测混凝土的碳化深度,便于工程运用。

Abstract: puter simulation method for cement hydration with periodic boundary conditions
is presented. The basic principle of the hydration simulation of a single cement grain is described
and three parameters are introduced to quantify the interference effect between cement grains
during the process of hydration. A method puting the degree of hydration is proposed
based on the simulated microstructure of cement paste. On the basis of hydration simulation, a
simple model for predicting the concrete carbonation depth is established. In this scheme, concrete
is modeled as a posite material, composed of unhydrated cement, hydration
products, capillary pores and aggregate. The relationship between the degree of hydration and the
volume fractions of individual phases is used to calculate the concrete carbonation depth. To
determine the parameters in the model according to the cement mineral constituent, w/c, particle
size distribution can make the simulation close to the truth. The concrete with water to cement
ratio of is used to validate the model proposed with the relative error 7 % between the test
results and those obtained by the model. It showed that the concrete carbonation model based on
the cement hydration simulation can simplify the plexity of the theoretical
prediction to predict the carbonation depth efficien
