摘要:随着学术论文数量的不断增加,由学术论文及其参考文献形成的引文网络正在成为一
个规模巨大的复杂网络。引文分析在文献检索和论文推荐中具有重要的作用。本文计算文
献间的内容相似性作为权值并赋给引用边以表示文献间联系的强弱,并在复杂网络链路预
测技术的基础上,设计了基于有向加权引文网络的学术论文推荐方法。实际数据集上的实
验证明了算法的有效性。

Abstract: With the increasing number of academic papers, the work constituted of
academic papers and their references are ing a large work. Citation
analysis plays an important role in the paper retrieval and mendation. In this paper, the
weight of the reference edge based on the content similarity between papers is calculated to show
the strength of links, an academic paper mendation method according to weighted directed
works is designed based on techniques of link prediction works. The
experiments on real dataset show the effectiveness of the method.

0 引言
随着互联网和信息技术的快速发展,为科研人员提供论文资源的开放平台日益增
多。这些平台为科研人员快速获得科研论文和发表科研成果提供了便利,如 Google
Scholar、IEEE Xplore KI 等。但随着论文数量的急剧增加,以关键字、
主题、作者等为检索手段的信息获取技术不能满足人们的需求,如何向研究人员推荐优
秀的科技论文资源依然是亟待解决的问题。
参考文献是学术论文所独有的特征,文献、参考文献以及它们之间的引用关系共同
形成了以文献为节点,以引用关系为边的有向引文网络。当结
