摘要:本文采用传统固相合成法制备了 La2O3(0~3%)掺杂的钛酸铋钠-钛酸钡无铅压电陶
瓷。讨论了掺杂对该材料的介电、压电性能的影响。XRD、拉曼和扫描电镜表征了材料的
结构。掺杂后陶瓷的剩余极化由 16 升高到 26 μC/cm2. 掺杂量为 时,陶瓷的压电系数
(d33)由原来的 103 提高到 120 pC/N,矫顽场(Ec)由原来的 31 kV/cm 降低到 18 kV/cm.
因此,适量的镧元素掺杂可以改善 BNBT6 陶瓷材料的压电性能。

Abstract:
The () ceramics doped by La2O3(0-3%) are prepared using the
traditional solid state reactions. The effects on dielectric and piezoelectric properties by doping are

investigated in detail. The X-ray diffraction, Raman spectrum and scanning electron microscope
are used to describe the crystal structures and microstructures. The remnant polarization (Pr) of
BNBT6 ceramics increases from 16 μC/cm2 to 26 μC/cm2 for pure and doped BNBT6,
respectively. The piezoelectric coefficient (d33) increases from 103 to 120 pC/N with the coercive
field varied from 31 to 18 kV/cm while a suitable amount of La (x=) is doped in the ceramics.
Therefore, the property enhancement of BNBT6 ceramics could be achieved by the proper
lanthanum dop
