钛合金切削加工中位错和层错形成特征及

摘要:以钛合金 TC4 材料为对象,借助 TEM 实验研究钛合金切削加工过程中位错及层错的
形成特征及其规律,通过对切割、机械减薄、钉薄、离子减薄等关键环节的设计获得了理想
的试样,进一步利用 TEM 对钛合金材料切削加工后的选区电子衍射花样、TEM 衍衬像以及
高分辨率电子显微像的观察和分析,明确了钛合金切削加工过程中内部位错与层错的主要特
征。研究结果表明:TC4 钛合金材料切削加工内部位错运动剧烈,作为位错滑移主要形式之
一的刃位错大规模存在,在晶界处出现了较为明显的位错塞积现象,而此滑移和塞积均与宏
观塑性变形有着直接的关系。其中滑移在β相中大规模的存在,而位错塞积与层错则出现在
层错能较低的α相中。

Abstract: In this paper formation characteristics and laws of dislocation and stacking fault during
cutting process of titanium alloy are studied by experiment. The key links of experiment, such as
cutting, mechanical grinding, dimpling and ion milling are performed, and the ideal specimen is
obtained. The observation and analysis of electron diffraction pattern, TEM diffraction contrast
image and high resolution electron photomicrograph are carried out further to make clear the main
characteristics of dislocation and stacking fault during cutting process. Results show that the inner
dislocation of TC4 has a drastic movement, and the edge dislocation which is one of the
dislocation slipping form
