摘要:目的:观察肥大细胞与针刺效应之间的关系。方法:采用昆明系小鼠胃排空率作为效
应指标,观察各组小鼠在 20 分钟行针过程中的胃排空率变化;同时,通过穴位组织切片染
色,观察穴位分别注射色甘酸钠、复合物 48/80,小鼠穴位处肥大细胞数量及肥大细胞脱颗
粒率的变化。结果:发现注射色甘酸钠可以明显减少穴位处肥大细胞数及肥大细胞脱颗粒率,
此时针刺不能增加穴位处肥大细胞数及肥大细胞脱颗粒率;注射复合物 48/80 穴位处肥大细
胞数及肥大细胞脱颗粒率都明显增多,此时针刺穴位处肥大细胞脱颗粒率现象显著提高。结
论:研究表明穴位组织中的肥大细胞在针刺效应的产生过程中起着重要作用,肥大细胞脱颗
粒参与了针刺效应的产生过程。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between mast cells and between acupuncture
effect. METHODS: Kunming mice gastric emptying rate as the effect indicators, gastric emptying rate
was observed in each group of mice for 20 minutes in the process of changing the needle row; while
tissue sections stained by acupuncture, acupoint injection of cromolyn sodium, respectively, compound
48/80, the number and rate of change of degranulation of mast cells in mouse mast cells acupuncture
points. Results: cromolyn sodium injection can significantly reduce the number of points at the mast
cells and mast cell degranulation rate, then acupuncture can increase the number of points at the mast
