摘要
LS型螺旋输送机是采用国际标准产品,设计制造符合JB/T7679-95专业标准。LS型螺旋输送机的应用范围:LS螺旋输送机被广泛运用于各种行业,如建材、化工、煤矿碳、、粒状和小块状物料,如煤矿、面粉、水泥、化肥、沙子等,输送物料温度一般为—20~80℃。
这次设计,我通过查阅了相关书籍资料,了解其结构后确定了其驱动方式为单端驱动。通过假定输送物料为石英砂进行相关数据的分析确定了输送机相关部分的尺寸,进而画出图纸,完成本次设计。
LS螺旋输送机由驱动装置、螺旋体、机槽、机架和轴承组成。驱动装置包括电机和减速器。螺旋体由轴和叶片组成。机槽由几节连接而成。轴承含有3种:头部轴承、中间轴承和尾部轴承。

Abstract
The LS spiral conveyer uses the international standard product, the design manufacture conforms to the JB/T7679-95 specialized standard. LS spiral conveyer's application scope: LS spiral conveyer is widely used in each Industry sector, such as building materials, chemical industry, coal, and grain and food profession. It is usually used to level or tilt transport powdery, granular and small massive material, like coal, flour, cement, fertilizer, and sand. The material temperature is usually from -20℃ to 80℃.
This design, through searching related books and information; I know its structure and define its drive style---single-ended drive. Through assuming that the material is quartz sand and analyzing its date, I define its size which related to the analysis, and then, draw the blueprint and finish this design.
The LS spiral conveyer is made up by drive device, spirochete, machine chamfer, frame and bearing. Driving device includes motor and reducer. Spirochetes formed by the shaft and blade. Bearing has 3 kinds-- head bearing, intermediate bearing and tail bearing.

引言
螺旋输送机俗称“绞龙”,是一种无挠性牵引构件的连续输送设备,它借助旋转螺旋输送叶片的推力将物料沿着机槽进行输送。螺旋输送机被广泛地使用在各种工业部门,如建材、电力、化工、冶金、煤炭、机械、轻工、粮食及食品行业。
