浅谈扎兰屯市农业发展
[摘要] 农业是人类赖以生存发展的基础产业,是人类社会历史上最古老的物质生产部门之一,随着社会生产力的发展,人类社会的农业生产经历了原始农业、传统农业、现代农业三个历史阶段,我国正处于传统农业向现代农业转变的历史阶段。发展现代农业,促进农民增收,解决“三农”问题是全国的重要任务。为更好更快的发展现代农业,减少农民资金投入,提高农民的生活水平。现已扎兰屯市为例,以现代农业产业结构理论为依据,论述现代农业产业结构存在的一般问题以及调整对策。

Abstract: Agriculture is the basic industry of human survival and development, is a history of human society, the oldest Department of material production, with the development of social productivity, human society has experienced the agricultural production of primitive agriculture, traditional agriculture, modern agriculture three historical stage, China's agricultural industry in general is in the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture historical stage. The development of modern agriculture, increasing the e of farmers, to solve the "three rural " problems is an important task of the country. For better and faster development of modern agriculture, farmers to reduce capital investment, improve the living standards of farmers, is now in Zhalantun city as an example, based on the modern agricultural industrial structure theory as the basis, the general problems of modern agriculture industrial structure and adjustment countermeasure discussion.

引言
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立,经济增长方式发生了深刻变化。由于农业产业受市场经济的制约,原有的农业产业已不适应市场的经济体制,而成为制约农村经济发展的主要矛盾。因此,积极推进农业产业结构调整,是加快我国农村经济发展的重要措施。合理的结构原则为:(1)各业均衡发展:一个合理的产业结构必须是农林牧副渔各业均衡发展,没有农业,牧业无法发展,没有牧业,农业也发展不好,没有林业,水土流失,农业不能保证,副业是创造经济效益的主要途径。(2)可持续发展:一个合理的产业结构必须具有可持续性,也就是说具有稳定的经济优化升级。具有长远的观点。(3)生态平衡:合
