摘要
熔融沉积快速成型技术(FDM)是目前国内外应用最为广泛的快速成型技术之一。它可以快速、精确地将设计思想从CAD模型物化为具有一定功能的原型或零件,从而实现对产品的快速测评及修改,有效的缩短了产品的开发周期。在熔融沉积快速成型中,成型精度对最终产品的质量起着决定性的作用,但是目前成型机的成型精度往往不高,如何提高成型精度是当今快速成型研究的一个重要方向。
本文首先介绍了快速成型的基本概况及发展趋势,然后从原理性误差、成型过程中的误差及后处理过程中的误差三个方面分析了整个FDM成型过程中影响成型精度的各种因素,并提出了相应的对策,为后续的成型件精度分析提供了理论依据。比较几种机构,设计了熔融成型机整体结构,在熔融沉积快速成型中,成型精度对最终产品的质量起着决定性的作用,而传动系统对成型精度起着很重要的作用,传动系统进的设计计算保证这一点,对关键部位进行了校核计算,保证系统的安全运转。

ABSTRACT
The fused deposition rapid prototyping technology (FDM) is one of the at home and abroad the most widely used rapid prototyping technology. It can quickly and accurately Design ideas from the CAD model materialized asproto types or parts of certain functions in order to achieve the rapid evaluation and modification of the product, effectively shortening the product development cycle. In fused deposition modeling, forming precision on the final product quality plays a decisive role, but the current forming machine precision is not high, how to improve the precision of the rapid prototyping is an important direction of research.
This paper first introduces the basic situation and development trend of rapid prototyping, and from the principle of error, the error in the forming process and post treatment process of error analysis of three aspects of the whole FDM process influence the forming accuracy of various factors, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure, for subsequent molding precision analysis provides a theoretical basis. paring several agencies ,design the overall structure of the melt molding machine fused deposition rapid prototyping ,molding accuracy of the final product quality plays a decisive role,while the transmission system plays a very important role in forming precision,the transmission system into the design calculation ensure that critical parts to check calculations to ensure the safe operation of the system.
