摘要
我国现有运行桥梁在国家经济建设中发挥着重要的作用,一旦桥梁出现问题将产生不可估量的后果,由此对运行桥梁的质量评估提出了很高的要求。现今桥梁成桥荷载试验在现行桥梁检测得到广泛的关注,是今后桥梁竣工验收检测方法的主要发展方向。成桥荷载试验是一种检测方法,如果明确了桥梁的挠度、应变、自振频率,就可以应用成桥荷载试验技术对运行桥梁进行长期连续地监测,这是其它桥梁检测方法所没有的功能。
本论文选用成桥荷载试验,来检测成桥后其挠度、应变、自振频率、冲击系数等特征参数。试验过程中对试件测试制定合理的方案。试验采用加载车(三轴载重车)分级加载,在成桥测试的同时在试件关键位置布置应变片来记录桥梁的力学特征。
试验过程中通过观察变化和关键点应变值的变化来判断桥梁的受力过程。通过挠度值、表观裂纹观测、应变值三个参量来断定桥梁加载的程度。对TDS-530、TMR200、INV 3060A采集的数据进行分析处理。试验结果分析证明了成桥荷载检测技术在桥梁承载力、桥梁质量评估应用中的有效性和准确性。
abstract
Nowadays, running the bridge plays an important role in our country’s economic construction. Once bridge goes wrong, it would bring forth the immeasurable consequence. Accordingly, quality assessment puts forward quite high demands in the process of running the bridge. Loading tests into bridge draws a widely attention in the current bridge detection,which is the main development direction in the test methods of finishing bridge construction. Loading test into bridge is a kind of detection method. If acquiring bridge’s deflection, strain and natural frequency of vibration, we can apply the technology of loading test into bridge to monitor the running bridge in the long term. However, the method is unique in other methods of bridge detection.
The essay detects bridge’s deflection, strain, natural frequency of vibration,impact coefficient and so on by electing the loading test into bridge. The test specimen in the process of test requires to make a reasonable plan. The test uses loaded vehicle (triaxial pull truck) grading loaded into the bridge, at the same time the key position of the specimen strain arranges strain gages to record the mechanical characteristics of the bridge.
The test judges bridge’s process of load-carrying capability by the change of observation, key points and strain values. And the test figures out the degree of bridges’ loading through the deflection value, apparent crack observation and strain value. However, as for TDS-530、TM
