文档介绍：III摘要基础教育的落后是造成农村地区经济不发达的重要原因之一。教育大计,教师为本。发展农村基础教育就首先要加强教师队伍建设,提高教师素质,建立一支数量充足、结构合理的高水平的教师队伍。这不仅对农村地区教育的发展具有重要意义,而且对提高农村人口素质、推进社会主义新农村建设也具有重要意义。河北省是一个农业大省,2009年人口总数已突破7000万,约有58%的人口在农村,这就意味着河北省大部分中小学教师也在农村。作为石家庄市辖区内的新乐市,由于其特殊的地理人文环境和经济发展状况,新乐市农村小学教师队伍存在的问题,既有河北省农村小学教师队伍的共性问题,又有其特殊性。本文主要采用文献法、访谈法和问卷调查法进行研究。通过对河北省新乐市8镇3乡160个自然行政村的农村小学教师队伍现状的分析,试图揭示农村小学教师队伍建设中存在的问题,如教师年龄和职称结构不合理、教师工作压力大、待遇低和工作方式多是半教半农或半教半商等,然后对存在问题进行分析,最后根据问题提出解决对策。正文具体分为四个部分:第一部分,绪论。介绍选题缘由和研究意义,梳理已有的相关文献,对相关概念进行界定,并说明采用的研究方法。第二部分,河北省新乐市农村小学教师队伍现状分析。通过查阅现有数据、发放问卷、访谈调查等方式全面了解了新乐市农村小学教师的现状,如教师队伍年龄结构、性别构成、职称结构、学历结构、学科结构、教师的政治素质、业务素质、身体素质以及教师的社会地位和经济待遇等。第三部分,河北省新乐市农村小学教师队伍存在的主要问题。通过对教师队伍的全面分析得出新乐市农村小学教师队伍存在以下问题:教师队伍结构性矛盾突出;教师综合素质不高,专业发展水平偏低;教师权益保障不完善等。第四部分,加强河北省新乐市农村小学教师队伍建设的对策与建议。不断完善农村教师资源配置机制;提高农村义务教育教师的工资待遇;多维度优化农村义务教育教师队伍结构;加强和完善农村教师培训工作,不断提升农村教师的专业素质;加强师德教育,提高农村教师的职业道德水平。关键词:河北省新乐市小学教师IVAbstract One of the most important reasons for the undevolopment of the rural areas is the poor situation of local basic is said that”education plans, teacher-centered”., therefore, for the development of rural basic education,it is first to strengthen the construction of teachers' team, improve teachers' quality, establish a sufficient number of reasonable structure, high level of teachers not only has the development mean to develope rural education,but also to improve the rural population’s quality, and promote socialist new rural construction .
