The 21st century is recognized as the information era as well as the e-times. is keeping an astonishing pace in affecting people’s daily life, producing a new style in language -- network language. Stemming from nature language, network language keeps a close link with it, and differs from it as well. Along with the development of the , network vocabulary is ing into vogue and people are beginning to pay much attention to it. Because of its peculiar expressions, it has made a notable impact on traditional language. Because the majority of izens are young people,more and more new things have been accepted and used. They use new words and expressions not only on the , but also in their real life.
The most obvious characteristic of cyberspace is its convenience and quickness; however, the method of Chinese characters’ inputting is not as easy as that of English. Thus, it takes some obstacles to the efficiency and quickness of cyberspace.
