摘要
随着质量问题的日益凸显,人们越来越关注供应链环境下,质量决策的研究。置身于供应
链中的企业,找出影响供应链中质量控制的影响因素,是解决供应链质量问题的必然途径。
本文首先在充分借鉴前人有关研究成果的基础上,阐述了当前国内外关于供应链质量决策
机制研究的现状及应用,给出了文章的研究思路及框架。其次,以博弈论为研究方法,通过供
应链质量决策的一般模型和重复博弈模型的研究,分析了各参数对供应商 S 和制造商 M 战略选
择的影响。同时,引入了第三方监管的理论,研究了供应链质量决策的模型。通过这三种情形
的比较分析,总结了制造商和顾客应该如何在供应链中发挥自身的监测作用,促使供应商提供
高质量水平的产品。再次,结合国内的乳制品行业,总结我国乳制品行业的现状和存在的质量
问题;同时结合模型分析的结论,探讨我国乳制品行业中供应商、制造商以及第三方监管在质
量决策方面的策略和建议。最后,结论部分对本文的研究工作进行总结,提出有待进一步研究
的问题。

基于博弈分析的供应链质量决策机制设计研究
Abstract
As the quality has e prominent increasingly, there is growing concern about the research
on the quality decision in the supply chain environment. pany which exposured in the supply
chain, is sure that identifing the key factors of the quality control is a necessary path to solving the
quality problem.
Firstly, based on the prospect of the overall supply chain coordination, quality control, supply
chain quality management, the existing literatures about a quality coordination mechanism design for
supply chain were analyzed. The structure and layout of this thesis were described. Secondly, Based
on the research method of game theory,a basic model for quality decision of supply chain and another
model for infinitely repeated games was established. In these models, we analyzed the effect of
various parameters on the strategy choices between the supplier S and the manufacturers M. Further
more, the quality coordination of supply chain was studied by leading into the theory of the
third-party regulation. Through parative analysis of the three cases, many ways including
manufacturer and customer should how to play their monitoring roles during the supply chain can
encourage the supplier to provide the products with the high-quality level effectively. Thirdly, with the
