摘要
随着现代体育运动的快速发展,大型、综合性的体育赛事所发挥出的功能趋于
多元化,大型综合性体育赛事的成功举办对于主办城市的发展会产生极大的推动作
用,尤其是提升城市整体形象、改善城市基础设施水平、优化城市环境、提高城市
就业率、促进城市经济发展等方面的作用显得尤为突出。但是,凡事都是有利就有
弊,举办大型体育赛事会给城市带来新的发展机遇的同时,也会为城市带来一定的
负面影响,如交通拥挤、城市的环境遭到破坏、城市中非受益人群的生活受损,以
及比赛结束后体育场馆的闲置等这一系列的问题,非常值得我们的关注和研究。
基于以上背景,本文以大型体育赛事——第十一届全运会为例,对其比赛前后
对济南市城市发展影响进行了研究。在对大型体育赛事的概念和举办模式进行界定
以后,找出大型体育赛事与城市发展的关系。进而通过对第十一届全运会的研究,
分析了它对其举办城市济南的积极影响和消极影响。借鉴国内外举办大型体育赛事
的经验,论文有针对性的提出了吸引投资、重复使用赛后体育场馆、保障城市公共
安全等优化建议。
希望通过本文中对于城市兴办大型体育赛事中所出现的问题进行的分析比较,
为我国在申办大型体育赛事给城市所带来的影响方面存在的问题并找出对策和解
决问题的方法。

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern sports, the function that large,
comprehensive sport events played out has e diversified, in the meanwhile, the
ess of the large-prehensive sports event play a great role in promoting the
development of the host city, in particular in enhancing the overall image of the city,
improving urban infrastructure and the urban environment, increasing the urban
employment rate and promoting urban economic development. However, everything has
both advantages and disadvantages as well. Organizing large-scale sporting events will
bring new development opportunities to the city, but also negative impacts, such as
traffic congestion, urban environmental degradation. For the series of such problems
mentioned above, we need to pay more attention.
Based on this background, this paper use large sports games - the 11th national
games as a case, the before and after games in Jinan city development have been
investigated. On large-scale sports events held the concept and mode for defining the
later, find out large sports games and urban development relationship. Then based on the
research of the 11th national games, analyzes its positive influence and negative
influences to Jinan. From home and abroad to
