EDTA 辅助小藜修复 Pb 及 Pb-Cd 复合污染

摘要:通过盆栽试验,研究了 Pb 及 Pb-Cd 复合污染土壤添加 EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸)对小藜生长和转运、富集 Pb、
Cd 的影响。结果表明,高浓度的 EDTA 对小藜的生长有抑制作用,Pb 及 Pb-Cd 复合处理下 EDTA 最佳添加浓度均为
mmol·kg-1,此时小藜对 Pb 的转运系数达 和 ,富集系数达 和 ,分别比对照提高 554%,493%,
8 431%和 2 367%;对 Cd 的转运系数达 和 ,富集系数达 和 ,分别比对照提高 165%,355%,77%
和 283%。 mmol·kg-1EDTA 辅助小藜修复 Pb-Cd 复合污染土壤的效果优于修复 Pb 污染土壤的效果。

EDTA Assisted Phytoremediation of Chenopodium serotinum L. for Pb and Pb-Cd Contaminated Soil

Abstract: An outdoor pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of EDTA on the phytoremediation of Pb and Cd by
Chenopodium serotinum L. The results revealed that 10 mmol·kg-1 EDTA was harmed for Chenopodium serotinum L.
mmol·kg-1 was the best EDTA concentration for phytoremediation. In Pb and Pb-Cd contaminated soil, TF of Pb were markedly
enhanced to and , BCF were markedly enhanced to and , which were respectively augmented 554%, 493%,
