摘要
随着我不断提高,老年人、残疾人、慢性病患
者数量的快速增长,给当前医疗系统带来了巨大的压力,如何对他们健康监护,进
而能够更加准确的提供医疗服务,更加高效的利用社会的医疗资源,就成为了社会
关注的问题。在传统的医疗监护方式中,患者或者老人要在医院接受医生和护士使
用各种医疗设备进行例行身体检查,这种方式不但给被监护者的日常活动带来诸多
不便,而且占用了大量的医疗资源,费用不菲,不利于全民推广。
本文论述了远程医疗的在国内外的发展历史和现状,综合考虑了应用场景,以及
系统对通信速率以及功耗的需求,论证了 ZigBee 技术符合本系统的要求。接着搭建
2430 芯片和 ZigBee 协议的人体生理参数的无线传感网络系统。
本文简要介绍了系统的硬件组成并且详细论述了软件设计。硬件平台选取的是
TI 2430 芯片。ZigBee 设备分为三种类型:协调器负责建立网络,以及网
络的管理和配置,路由设备主要负责数据和命令的转发,而终端设备的功能主要是
数据的采集和传输。软件设计主要包括基于 ZigBee 协议的协调器网络管理程序、发
送采集生理参数命令程序、将结果上传到服务器的程序,以及终端设备采集、提取、
传输生理数据的程序。通过对系统功能与性能的全面测试,表明基本满足采集人体
生理参数系统的要求。

Abstract
With the development of the economic and the improvement of living standards, the
increase in number of the elderly, the people with disability and chronic patients bring so
much pressure to the healthcare system. How to make them more conveniently to get the
body checked? How to provide the medical services precisely and how to utilize the health
resources effectively? These will be focus of the society. The traditional way of medical
care is that patients should receive physical examination with the help of doctors and
nurses in hospital. In this way, the patients may feel inconvenient, and it will waste a lot of
health resources. In addition, it will be high cost, fewer people can afford to get the
medical services.
In this thesis, latest development and current research about medical care situation are
analyzed, we get the conclusion that the ZigBee technology meet the requirement of the
system, on the base of parison of all sorts of wireless transmission technology, the
features of the ZigBee and the requirement munication speed and power
consumption. A system for collecting people’s health data is set up on the platform of
CC2430.
