1 引言
概论
的发展经历了几百年的历史,但近几年提升机的类型很多,主要有斗式提升机,物料提升机,高效提升机,环链提升机等多种,各有其特点。提升机的应用很为广泛,在各行业都有所应用,主要应用在建筑,机械,矿山领域,还应用于粮油“食品”化工”水泥制造等行业,它是一种垂直或大倾角倾斜向上输送粉状"粒状或小块状物料的连续输送机械,由牵引带围绕着头和底轮做循环运动,从而将其上部固定的畚斗内的物料由下提升至机头。斗式提升机提升物料的高度可达80m(如TDG)。
目前,我国生产的通用斗式提升机,驱动链轮大都是槽形轮,靠摩擦带传动, 尤其原斗型提升机的传动链轮和拉紧链轮均为整体式,
