伴随着信息时代的到来,IT 企业正日益凸显其在经济发展中的重要地位,它
们迫切需要改善自身的新产品开发的能力,以期获得更多的市场价值与竞争优
势。人们早已认识到创新是 IT 企业生存的重要砝码,但对 R&D 投入与 IT 企业
效益之间关系的研究尚不多见,且缺少针对性和系统性。
本文针对以上问题,采用文献研究、比较分析的研究方法,阐述了 IT 企业
的特点、从市场结构与组织结构两个方面讨论了 IT 企业发展的趋势,并分析了
R&D 投入对提高 IT 企业核心竞争力的促进作用;随后运用实证分析的方法,利
用我国百强信息企业排名提供的数据,选取营业收入、利润总额、上交税金、出
口交货值等四个指标,通过 EXCEL、SPSS 等统计软件,对 R&D 投入与 IT 企业
的成长性和 IT 企业盈利能力两个指标进行了相关性分析,并得出了相关指标的
线性方程,以及 IT 企业的 R&D 投入与企业成长性指标和盈利能力指标有着较强
正相关关系的结论;最后还选取了我国 IT 企业中 R&D 投入总量最高的华为公司
作为案例进行了简要分析。结合以上分析,本文对我国 IT 企业 R&D 投入提出了
以下建议:首先要加大 R&D 的投入总量、增加政府资金的投入比例;其次,要
优化 IT 企业 R&D 资源配置方式、提高资金投入的效率;最后,应该加强 IT 企
业 R&D 的监督管理、选择合适的 R&D 投入模式。
本文尝试通过对 R&D 投入与 IT 企业效益的数量关系分析,来探索 IT 企业
R&D 投入的规律,提出相关的 R&D 投入的建议。本文可能的创新点是采用实证
分析的方法研究 IT 企业 R&D 投入与效益。

Abstract
As the information age ing, information industry has been playing an
important role in the development of economy. It needs to improve the ability of
making new products, so as to get more profits and petitive advantage.
People has realized innovation is the key point for pany to survive, but the
research between R&D and the IT’s benefit is limited, and is in the lack of pertinency
and systematization .
This paper uses analysis、induction to expound the features of IT business, and
analyses the trend of the IT development from the aspects of market anization.
It also concludes the effect of R&D inputs on promoting the IT’s petence; It
uses empirical analysis to analyse the relationship between R&D inputs and the
abilities of IT’s growth and profitability. The analysis has selected four indexes, form
the Top 100 pany ,as follows: the operating e、 total profit、tax and
export delivery value. The data was processed by Excel and Spss. The result has been
proved a positive relation between R&D inputs and benefits. At last , HuaWei was
selected for an case study. On the basis of above-mentioned analysis, this paper has
given some advices on the IT R&D inputs.
