摘要:2006年12月11日起实施的《外资银行管理条例》向外资银行开放了境内公民的人民币业务,取消了其开展人民币业务的地域和客户限制,对外资银行实行了国民待遇。虽然按照目前的行政许可程序和申请内容,外资银行完成转制和业务申请将需1至3个月,但外资银行开办人民币业务的现实,意味着外资银行将对国内金融市场产生全方位的冲击,对时下各家中资银行竭力拼抢的住房贷款市场更是影响深远。
