摘要
随着中国改革开放的进程不断深入外商直接投资大规模地进入了中国汽车产
业关于外商直接投资和跨国汽车公司是否会导致一定程度的市场垄断进而影响
中国汽车产业市场结构并对市场竞争和经济效率产生影响现有的研究尚没有给
出确切的结论本文对比分析了外商直接投资进入前后中国汽车产业市场结构的变
化并具体分析了外商直接投资对中国汽车产业集中度产品差别化产业进入壁
垒和产业规模经济水平的影响通过以上对市场结构的分析得出结论外商直接投
资并没有造成中国汽车产业的垄断相反外资的进入提高了国内汽车企业的竞争
力和整个产业的竞争性优化了资源配置有利于经济效率的提高本文提出了中
国汽车产业市场结构优化的目标是进一步促进寡头垄断市场结构的形成尽快形成
几家规模较大实力雄厚具有一定国际竞争力的寡头企业中国政府应对外资进
入汽车产业的总的方针应是适度保护与积极引进相结合中国政府需要从保持市场
经济的活力和效率的角度出发坚持适度保护反对垄断提高利用外商直接投资
的质量和效益中国汽车生产企业只要积极主动应对外资的进入加快自身发展
不断提高企业自身竞争力是可以成长为全球性的汽车制造大企业的

Abstract
In process of China's reform and opening-up, the foreign direct investment (FDI) has
entered into China’s automobile industry extensively. There is not mon opinion on
whether FDI and the transnational motor corporations would cause the monopoly to a
certain degree, affect the market structure, competitiveness and efficiency of China’s
automobile industry. The existing research could not provide precise conclusion. By
comparing and analyzing the change of China’s automobile industry market structure
before and after the entry of FDI, this thesis tries to make a concrete analysis of the effects
of FDI on the concentration rate, products differentiation, entry barriers and scale
economy of China’s automobile industry. The conclusion is that FDI has not caused
monopoly of China’s automobile industry. On the contrary, the entry of foreign capitals
has petitiveness of domestic automobile enterprises and the whole industry.
FDI that optimized resource allocation is favorable to the improvement of economic
efficiency. In author’s view, the government’s policy to deal with the entry of FDI into
China’s automobile industry bine proper protection with positive promotion of
FDI inflow. From the aspect of keeping the prosperity and efficiency of the market
