土地信用合作社创新模式研究-基于对宁夏平罗县的农户调查

摘要
土地流转是最近几年农业经济问题研究的热点之一。合理的土地流转,有利于发展农业规模
化经营,提高土地的利用效率和农业效益,将流出土地使用权的农户从土地的束缚中解脱出来,
拓宽农民的收入渠道。
宁夏平罗县的土地流转以其特殊的流转模式吸引着众多学者的关注。本文以宁夏平罗县为样
本县,在深入研究其土地流转发展现状的基础之上,利用调研数据和 Probit 计量经济模型进一步
找出该现状背后的决定因素,进而引出了该地区特有的土地中介服务机构-农村土地信用合作社;
文章进一步通过随机干预实验的方法分析土地信用合作社对农户家庭的收入效应,得出土地信用
合作社对农民的增收有着显著性的影响作用;文章再使用李克特量表中农户对土地信用合作社的
打分,评价其满意度情况,并根据所得到的农户基本信息,采用 Logit 模型,分析农户满意度较
低的决定因素;最后文章对前文的分析进行总结,并对宁夏平罗县土地流转状况和农村土地信用
合作社的进一步改进提供一些决策参考。
根据研究结论,本文主要提出以下几点政策建议:(1)政府部门应大力支持和发展土地中介
服务机构,健全土地流转市场的法律法规;(2)建立健全农村的社会保障体系,解除流出土地农
户的后顾之忧;(3)加快农村金融体制的创新,为农业产业化经营提供资金保障和政策支持;(4)
合理安排流出土地农户的就业去向,对外出务工人员实行专业技能培训,提高就业竞争力。

Abstract
The study on problems of rural land transfer is one of the hot agricultural economics issues in
recent years. Reasonable land transfer will benefit to the development of large-scale agricultural
production and to the land resources utilization efficiency and improvement of agriculture will
also free farmers from the bondage of the land and to wide their e channels.
The northern region of Ningxia land transfer mode attracts the attention of scholars. In this paper,
We select the sample Pingluo County of Ningxia. After in-depth studying the development of land
transfer, we will use survey data and Probit econometric models to further identify the underlying
determinants, and then we illustrate the land transfer intermediary services - Rural Land Credit
Association; The paper further analysis farmers family e effect in the rural land credit assiciation
by method randomized controlled trials, we think that farmers obtain more e from the land credit
association; After that, article use the Likert-scale to get scores that farmers evaluate the land credit
