外资银行国际化路径对中国银行业的启示

随着中国市场的日益开放,经济金融依存度逐步提高,我国商业银行国际化
经营成了银行业发展无法回避的重大课题。国有商业银行在我国银行业中居于核
心地位,因此,国有商业银行的国际化对其他银行国际化能够产生示范效应。在
这样的形势下,对我国国有商业银行国际化路径选择进行研究,具有重要的现实
意义。
本文分为四个部分。第一,介绍了文章的研究背景、国内研究现状、研究对
象、研究意义以及创新与不足。第二,文章从银行国际化的基础理论研究入手,
概括性地阐述了银行国际化的概念以及银行国际化的动因理论,具体包括:内部
化理论、国际生产折衷理论、垄断优势理论以及引导效应说。第三,论文以花旗
银行、渣打银行、汇丰银行的国际化为例,对其国际化的发展以及国际化特点进
行分析,力图从这些国际化银行的发展中得出对我国商业银行国际化的启示。第
四,论文分析了现阶段我国国有商业银行国际化程度以及其存在的问题。通过对
国际大型商业银行国际化的分析,总结了我国商业银行国际化的路径选择。国际
化是商业银行的必然选择,为了改进我国商业银行国际化的现状以及加快推进我
国商业银行国际化的进程,笔者认为我国商业银行国际化路径选择应从以下三方
面进行:
一是选择适当路径开展国际经营,包括:方式选择上以银行收购兼并为主、
区位选择上以亚洲为主、商业银行“国际化”应与企业“国际化”协调发展。二
是加强我国商业银行的政策支持,包括:构建商业银行台、推进
商业银行从分业到混业经营的转换。三是构建我国商业银行风险监控体系,主要
包括:经营过程中的风险、确立风险的监管方式,加强母国对海外分支机构的监
控。

Abstract
With the increasing opening of Chinese market, the economic and financial
dependency also increase gradually, International operations mercial banks has
turned out to be an unavoidable major issue during banking industry development.
State-mercial banks occupy the core position in China's banking industry.
Therefore, the internationalization of state-mercial banks will impose a
demonstration effect on other banks. In such a situation, making a study of
State-mercial banks in China has important practical significance.
This article is divided into four parts. First, the article introduces the research
background, research status, subjects, research significance and creation. Secondly,
this article introduces the theory of international business from the fundamental
research of international banks. It generally introduces the concept of international
banks. Then it explains the motives theory of international banking. It includes:
Laghman internal theory, Dunning's eclectic theory of international production,
Herbert Grubel • dominance theory and the theory of boot effect. The
