网游产业在我国的发展已有十年,如今网络游戏产业已经成为文化部创意产业发展的引擎。随着市场竞争的越来越激烈,企业财务管理工作越来越重要,网游企业也不例外。网游企业具有与一般企业不同的经营特征,财务管理工作的特点也不一样。目前在国内外上市融资的网游公司越来越多,在网游企业不断发展的过程中,中小型网游企业由于成本和现金流问题举步维艰,一些上市网游企业也出现了一系列财务管理方面的问题。因此,加强网游企业财务管理十分必要。
本文在分析总结网游公司发展现况和经营特征的基础上,以某网游上市公司为例分析其财务状况,总结网游公司财务管理中存在的问题,并提出改进网游公司财务管理的对策建议,为网游公司改善财务状况,提高财务管理水平,增加市场竞争能力提供参考。

Abstract
The development of online games industry in China for ten years, and now the online game industry has e the Ministry of Culture and creative industries development engine. With the increasingly fierce petition, the increased importance of financial management, online business is no exception. Online panies have different business enterprises and the general characteristics, the characteristics of financial management are not the same.
