企业集团是以一个实力雄厚的大型企业为核心,以产权联结为主要纽带,并辅以产品、技术等多种纽带,将多个企业、事业单位联结在一起,具有多层次结构的以母子公司为主体的多法人经济联合体。它是经济上统一控制、法律上各自独立的企业联合体。财务风险是指由于多种因素的作用,使企业不能实现预期财务收益,从而产生损失的可能性。它客观存在于企业财务管理工作的各个环节。财务风险的存在,无疑会对企业生产经营产生重大影响。而风险管理是企业生存和发展的生命线。面对复杂多变的国内国际市场环境,企业集团的经营面临着客观存在的各种风险,企业集团能否对财务风险进行有效的管理和控制,是其能否生存发展、能否实现预期目标的关键。
本文将通过对浙江企业集团财务风险管理问题进行分析研究,发现浙江企业集团在财务风险管理上的可取与需改进之处,对需改进的地方提出建议,使浙江的企业集团能有更好的发展。

Abstract
Enterprise groups are based on a strong large enterprises as the core, in joint ownership as the main link, supplemented by product, technology and other ties, a number of enterprises and institutions joined together, with hierarchical structure of a parent - pany for the legal person of the main economic union. It is economically unified control and legally independent enterprise confederation. Financial risk due to various factors refers to the action, so that enterprises cannot achieve financial receipts, thereby creating the possibility of loss. It objectively exist in all links of enterprise financial management. Financial risks exist will undoubtedly have a significant impact on enterprise production and management. Risk management is the lifeline of enterprise's survival and development. In face of plicated and ever - changing domestic and international markets, enterprise group faces of these and other objective risks, whether the enterprise groups to carry out effective management and control the financial risk, is the survival of development and the key achieve the desired objective.
This paper will for zhejiang enterprises group financial risk management problem analysis, found in what we can learning and what we need improve of financial risk management in zhejiang enterprises group, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, provides reference for zhejiang enterprises group for the better development.
