工业是嘉兴经济和社会发展的支柱,加快工业结构优化升级,有利于嘉兴坚持走新型工业化道路,实现工业经济的又好又快发展,加快建设长三角创新型经济强市。本文以嘉兴市的工业结构为研究对象,在工业结构现状的基础上提出了相关的解决对策。本文首先从嘉兴规模工业总量,嘉兴规模工业行业结构,嘉兴工业结构演进趋势和嘉兴规模工业组织结构演进趋势四个角度分别分析了嘉兴市工业结构的现状。接着分析了嘉兴市工业结构存在的几个问题,嘉兴工业结构调整的途径,最后针对工业结构出现的问题给出了工业结构调整的相关的对策。

ABSTRACT
Jiaxing industry is the backbone of economic and social development, accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is conducive to adhere to the new industrialization road, Jiaxing, to achieve sound and rapid developmentofindustrialeconomy, accelerate theconstructionoftheYangtzeRiver Delta Innovation on the industrial structure of jiaxing as research object, the status quo in industrial structure are put forward on the basis of relevant countermeasures. Firstly, the total scale industries from Jiaxing, Jiaxing scale industrial structure, the evolution of industrial structure of Jiaxing, Jiaxing scale industry trends and trends in the evolution of anizational structure of the four angles of the status of the industrial structure of Jiaxing City. Then analyzes the industrial structure of Jiaxing City, several problems exist,Jiaxing means of industrial restructuring. Finally, the adjustment of industrial structure proposed some countermeasures.
