经济发展总是在结构的不断调整优化中实现,优化产业结构、推动产业升级,已成为当今世界经济发展的共同规律。作为长江三角洲中重要的城市之一的嘉兴市,如何抓住我国及省内工业加速升级发展的机遇,顺利利用自身资源优势和地理优势等有利条件,把握运用产业结构变动规律,顺利实现工业结构优化升级,推动其经济实现新跨越已成为迫切需要研究的课题。本文从先对嘉兴工业结构的现状进行了分析,从现状中得出工业结构的变得趋势及存在的问题,最后针对问题提出相应的对策建议。

引言
国际经验表明,产业结构调整与升级是工业化阶段经济增长和发展的主题。由于发展中国家实现经济增长与经济发展过程在一定程度上就是工业化的过程,工业结构的不断演变和升级是工业化过程的重要特征。嘉兴工业化尚未完成,二元结构矛盾突出,正面临加速工业化和迎接信息化、知识化挑战的双重任务。在工业化过程中,又面临着解决就业、发展劳动密集型产业参与国际分工和现有工业竞争力不足、需求不足急需结构升级的双重压力。一方面,许多劳动密集型产品的需求弹性较低,区外市场容量有限;另一方面,区内生产能力部分过剩,开工不足。因此,促进工业结构升级成为嘉兴工业经济持续发展的关键。
