随着我国经济的发展,家电产品的普及率越来越高,嘉兴市已经进入了家电报废的高峰期,如何回收并处理废旧家电以减少环境污染已经成为现在面临的一个急需解决的问题。废旧家电不同于一般的城市垃圾,其材料组成复杂,有些家电材料还含有毒有害的化学物质,如不妥善处理,将造成空气、土壤和水体污染。本文将对嘉兴市地区废旧家电回收利用现状进行分析,总结出目前嘉兴市区回收利用的几个主要方式,并结合国内其他城市的回收利用模式,指出嘉兴市废旧家电回收利用过程中存在的问题,然后根据实际情况,从政府、政策、回收体系等方面对嘉兴市目前各种回收利用过程中存在的问题提出相关的建议以及对策。

ABSTRACT
With the development of our national economy, electrical appliances product is higher and higher, the prevalence rate of jiaxing has entered the home appliance scrap peak, reclaiming and deal with the waste home appliance with reduce environmental pollution has e a now facing problems needed to resolve. Different from general waste electrical appliances city garbage, its plex, some raw materials also contain toxic harmful chemicals, if not treated properly, will cause air, soil and water pollution. This paper will jiaxing area to recycle waste electrical appliances situation analysis, this paper summarizes the current jiaxing urban recycling several main mode, bined with other cities in China, and points out that the recycled mode of jiaxing waste electrical appliances recycling process problems, then according to actual condition, from government, laws and regulations, recycling system of jiaxing at present various aspects of recycling the problems in the process of puts forward related Suggestions and countermeasures.
