毛衫产业是嘉兴传统主体产业之一,随着全球贸易竞争的不断激烈,毛衫产业的核心竞争力一廉价劳动力已经不能得到显著的发挥。目前技术创新能力不足,设备以及工艺上的落后制约了嘉兴毛衫产业的发展。本文主要通过对科技创新服务平台进行考察,着重分析科技创新服务平台产生的内外动力因素;结合浙江省嘉兴纺织产业的科技创新服务平台的实际阐述了平台的主要功能和资金来源,分析了纺织产业的科技创新服务平台的运行模式和服务平台建设中存在的一些问题,最后对科技创新服务平台建设和完善提出了对策建议。

ABSTRACT
The Sweater Industry, one of the main traditional industries in Jiaxing, whose petitiveness, cheap labor force, cannot be fully displayed with the development of fierce global petition. The development of Jiaxing’s Sweater Industry is confined to insufficient technology innovation and backward equipment and technology. This paper mainly analyzes the internal and external factors of the invention of technology-innovation-service platform (Platform) through the study of that Platform. Together with the fact of Zhejiang Jiaxing textile industry platform, the current paper not only illustrates the main functions and source of funds of the Platform, but also analyzes the operation mode and some existing problems during the construction of the Platform. Moreover, this thesis proposes some suggestions to the construction and improvement of the Platform

引言
嘉兴市是一个外向型经济度较高的区域,纺织产业是嘉兴市的传统优势产业,经过50多年的发展,已成为门类齐全的工业部门,它包括上游产业的化学纤维制造业,中游的棉,毛,丝,麻纺织加工业,以及下游产业的服装制造业。纺织工业在嘉兴市经济发展中起着重要作用。2010年,,,,。但是,由于全球金融危机的影响,以及出口壁垒的限制,2010年嘉兴市限额以上纺织亏损企业有8家,接近10%,其中限额以上服装企业6家,占比超过17%。规模以上纺织企业亏损160家,占全市规
