我国农业产业化经营组织形式主要有公司企业带动型、市场带动型、合作经济组织带动型和专业协会带动型等四种模式。这四种模式在组织结构、利益分配机制和治理机制方面存在一定差异。从组织机构看,公司企业带动型构成形态为“公司+农户”,市场带动型为“专业市场+农户”,合作经济组织带动型为“合作社+农户”,专业协会带动型为“专业协会+农户”。从利益分配机制看,公司企业带动型主要体现在收购,加工利润及农业扶持上,市场带动型靠专业市场进行引导生产,合作经济组织通过合作社章程及合作合同来发放现金股利及利润,专业协会带动型则是以生产要素为纽带。从治理机制看,规范的合同是企业带动型的治理核心。市场带动型的治理机制则是市场竞争。合作经济组织带动型为相互间的资产专用性,专业协会带动型为声誉机制。

ABSTRACT
Industrialization of anizations operating mode in China mainly has four kinds of patterns,including enterprises driven model, market-driven model, Economic anization driven model and professional association driven model. These four kinds of patterns in anizational structure, the benefit assignment mechanism and the government machine-made aspect have certain the perspective anizational structure,enterprises driven model constitute form as "pany + farmers", market-driven model as “professional market + farmers”, Economic anization driven model as “cooperatives + farmers”, professional association driven model as “professional association + farmers”. Looking from the benefit assignment mechanism, enterprises driven model are mainly embodied in the purchase, processing profit and the agricultural support. market-driven model guides production by professional market. Economic anization driven mode provides the cash dividends and profit through the cooperative society regulation and the cooperation contract, professional association driven model takes the element of production as a from the government mechanism, the standard contract is the government core for enterprises driven model , market-driven model’s is the petition and also Economic anization driven model’s is the mutual asset specificity ,professional association driven model’s is the prestige mechanism.
