Abstract Based on the introduction of the technological p rocesses and indexes of the three large lean hematite con2 centrators in Anshan District, the characters and p roblems in the p rocess of the three concentrators are analyzed. It consid2 ers that use of the high intensity ic separator and the medium intensity ic separator for scavenging stabilizes the p rocess and increases separation efficiency. The gravity separation of coarse ores is favorable for sufficient recovery of i2 ron mineral. The anionic reverse flotation ensures qualified concentrate grade. essful app lication of the p rocess for the lean hematite in Anshan District p rovides a new way to dress the lean hematite in our country.
