晶蓝半岛 4#住宅楼建筑结构设计
摘要
本次设计为鞍山地区晶蓝半岛 4#住宅楼,主要进行的是建筑设计和结构设计,该住
宅共六层,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,建筑总面积为 平方米。建筑设计部分,
本着“安全、经济、适用”的原则,同时考虑多数居民的生活****惯,按照有关建筑规范
要求,完成了建筑的平面、立面、剖面及细部构件的设计,建筑既有特色又有现代气息,
注重采用先进合理的建筑技术。结构设计部分是在建筑设计的基础上,合理的确定了结
构方案和结构布置,在主体建筑部分选出具有代表性的单元进行计算。结构设计大致可
分三阶段:一是结构方案阶段,根据建筑的重要性,建筑所在地的抗震设防烈度,工程
地质勘查报告,建筑场地的类别等来确定建筑的结构形式,本设计结合给出的鞍山地区
的一些地质资料确定采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。二是结构计算阶段:包括荷载计算、内
力计算,构件计算和考虑各种不利情况下的荷载组合。三是施工图设计阶段:根据设计
阶段算出的数据,最终确定构件布置、构件配筋以及各种规范要求的结构构件的构造措
施。对于设计者来说,在设计过程中,不论处于框架结构设计的哪个阶段,都要对一些
概念性和实际性的问题予以高度重视,以确保整个设计的高质量。

ABSTRACT
This design of Anshan area crystal blue peninsula 4 # residential building, major is
architectural design and structure design of the house a total of 6 layer, USES the reinforced
concrete frame structure, a total construction area of square meters. Architectural
design, in line with the principle of "security, economic, applicable, considering most of the
residents living habits, in accordance with the relevant building codes requirements,
completed the building plane, elevation, section and ponents design, architectural
features and modern flavor, pay attention to the use of advanced and reasonable construction
technology. Structure design part is on the basis of the architectural design, reasonable to
determine the structure scheme and the structure arrangement, the main building parts choose
the typical unit to calculate. Structure design can be divided into three stages: one is the stage
of structure scheme, according to the importance of the construction, the building is located in
the seismic fortification intensity, the engineering geological exploration report, the building
site categories such as to determine the structure of buildings, this design are given in the
combination of Anshan area, some of the geological data is using reinforced concrete frame
structu
