摘要
随着互联网络技术的快速发展, 为小微企业实现办公自动化和信息化提供了可行性。传统的办公方式需要占用大量的人力物力和财力,纸质存档既不环保也易于破损、遗失,同时保密性也较差,因此,现代社会迫切需要无纸化的办公系统。而办公自动化技术使得原本由人工实施的各种办公活动、业务活动可以由各种先进的计算机技术及人机交互信息系统以及现代化和智能化的办公设备来完成,从而使办公室人员摆脱烦琐、低效的传统办公模式,可极大地提高办公效率,而专注于各种复杂多变的决策任务,由此提升工作质量、提高企业经营管理水平。
本文是在对长三角小微企业业务和办公流程进行调查与研究基础上,针对此类型的企事业的业务数据实时性需求,以及满足复杂性等要求的基础上,设计出一款适合此类经营管理的办公自动化系统。
本文论述了一个基于B/S模式下的企业如何实现无纸化办公。主要采用的数据库为服务中心、各客户端使用浏览器模式进行软件平台的设计与实现;分析了该系统所需计算机软硬件的配置环境;讨论了系统的结构框架和设计原理;说明了系统数据库设计的思路与实现方法。
系统构建的重点在于系统使用权限的设计、小微企业营运流程的细分和模式化、系统数据库的合理设计与实现。本文在如何进行软件实现上作了一些详细分析与讲解,并给出了使用SQL Server数据库建立本系统数据库的设计。
本论文主要进行了以下几方面工作:
1. 详细研究了小微企业的日常经营和管理活动,重点分析了该类型企业的业的业务流程,在此基础上提出主要业务需求。
2. 根据需求分析,设计出一套基于B/S模式并适合大多数中小企事业的办公自动化系统。
3. 在实现办公自动化系统中,考虑了权限的设计、系统数据库的设计与实现和友好的用户界面等问题。

ABSTRACT
Along with the rapid development of technologies,it can e a reality for office automation and information technology。The traditional office system requires a lot of paper, so this is a not for environmental protection. Office automation technology enables the implementation of the original by hand a variety of office activities,business activities can be plished by a variety of puter technology and puter interaction information systems, as well as modern and intelligent office equipment,so that the office staff will get rid of cumbersome office model,can greatly improve office efficiency and focus on a variety plex decision-making tasks,thus enhancing the quality of work, improve enterprise management level。
This article is in the Yangtze River Delta small and micro businesses business and office procedure to carry on the investigation and study foundation,for this type of enterprise business data real-time demand,and satisfy plexity based on the requirements,design a suitable for the operation and management of the office automation system。
This paper discusses a based on B/S pany enterprises to realize paperless office. It mainly uses the database for service cen
