从代际变迁历程看我国农村家庭养老-以安徽省H村为例

摘要
家庭养老是我国传统的养老方式,它的存在的发展对于广大农村的老年人具有
重要的意义,同时也发挥着不可替代的作用。从中看,中国已经步入老龄化社会,且有加快的趋势。在这样一种未富先老的状态下,
更应该发挥家庭养老的作用,来缓解因老龄化加速引起的经济负担,从而促进社会
的和谐发展。
顺应社会的发展和时代的变迁,家庭中的代际关系对家庭养老问题仍然起着至
关重要的作用。代际关系的变迁影响着家庭的结构、家庭成员之间的关系,也影响
了家庭养老功能的发挥,因此,探讨代际关系在不同时代的特点和类型对解决目前
中国家庭养老出现的问题具有重要的意义。通过在变迁过程中分析家庭养老的现
状,可以发现家庭养老顺着时代发展呈现出的特点,进而可以把握家庭养老的变化
以及将来可能出现的趋势。
本文主要研究了家庭养老和代际变迁之间的关系,通过这种关系分析了建国后
到现在近六十年中中国农村里家庭养老的变化过程。并以在安徽省 H 村调查中访问
的老年人为个案,通过整体脉络的分析和加入鲜活生动的例子完成了整篇文章。通
过大量的资料阅读整理出家庭代际关系的变迁过程,而 H 村作为个案采访中遇到的
例子和事件具有很大的相似性,这更能说明变迁过程中出现的问题的普遍性,H 村
作为个案也说明了普遍存在的问题。
在研究中发现,中国近些年来的几个大变革都影响了代际之间的关系和家庭养
老功能的发挥。土地改革、集体化时代和改革开放等不同程度的改变了它们固有的
模式,人际之间的交往也变得理智起来。在社会急剧转型的今天,家庭养老也已经
变得弱化。而此时社会养老的不充分和低水平发展都不能弥补养老危机,所以需要
强化家庭养老的功能来解决中国的养老问题而不是大力发展社会养老代替它。

Abstract
Family old-age pension is a traditional way to support for the elderly in our country,
its existence and development is of great significance to the majority of the rural elderly,
and also plays an irreplaceable role. From China’s current economic development and
living standards of the elderly, China has entered the aging society, and the trend has
accelerated. In such “aging while not rich” statement, family pension should play the role
to ease the financial burden caused by accelerated aging, thus promoting the harmonious
development of society.
Conform to social development and the times change, family intergenerational
relationship still plays a vital role in the family old-age pension. Changes in
intergenerational relation affect the family structure, the relationship between family
members, but also affect the function of family pension to play. Therefore, explore
intergenerational relationship’s characteristics and types in different times are of great
significance to solve the problems arise in China family pension
