我国乡村旅游可持续发展研究——以桂林阳朔为例

摘要
随着现代化和城市化进程的加快,乡村旅游越来越受人青睐。我国乡村旅游
虽然起步较晚,发展却非常迅速,近年来更是处于快速增长的高峰期。但是,与
国外相比,我国乡村旅游的发展仍处于初级阶段,在发展过程中存在许多问题,
如对其内涵认识不足、管理与经营体制不健全、负面影响日益加剧、产品单一粗
糙、从业人员素质较低等,这些问题从根本上制约了中国乡村旅游的可持续发展。
乡村旅游作为我国旅游业的重要组成部分,如何使其规范发展,走向健康、持续
的道路,将直接影响我国旅游业未来发展的速度和方向。
可持续发展是当今主流的发展观,它所追求的是经济的增长、社会的进步以
及人类与自然的和谐统一。乡村旅游可持续发展强调乡村文化和乡村旅游环境的
保护,强调发展旅游要以乡村资源和生态环境的承受能力为基础,符合当地经济、
文化和社会道德规范,实现乡村旅游与自然、文化和生存环境的协调统一。乡村
旅游的可持续发展是多层面的目标体系,它包括乡村生态可持续发展、乡村社会
和文化可持续发展、乡村经济可持续发展。乡村旅游为旅游的一部分,同样要遵
循旅游可持续发展的一般原则。
在乡村旅游可持续发展理论的指导下,针对目前我国乡村旅游发展中存在的
问题,要实现中国乡村旅游的可持续发展,必须采取以下对策:在认识上,正确
理解乡村旅游的内涵,树立生态观念;在管理上,坚持政府主导,完善政策、法
规体系,实现区域合作,打造强势品牌;在产品上,注意挖掘文化内涵和保持乡
土特色,开发多样化的产品;在开发过程中,强调社区参与和规范经营;在保障
方面,加强人才引进和培训,提升从业人员素质,加强游客管理。
在实证研究中,选取对乡村旅游的发展具有典范意义的桂林阳朔进行了研究。
将上述理论与方法结合阳朔的具体情况,分析阳朔发展乡村旅游的经验与不足,
并就其存在的一些问题提出相应的对策。

ABSTRACT
With the accelerating development of the word’s modernization and urbanization,
rural tourism is ing more and more popular .In recent years, the development of
rural tourism is late and rapid in China. However, compared with other countries,
China’s rural tourism is still in its initial stage. There are many problems during the
process of developing China’s rural tourism, such as facial understanding of rural
tourism conception and implication, the distemperedness of the management and the
management system, the increase of the negative influence day by day, the singleness
and coarseness of the product, the low culture level of the workers. These problems
restrict the sustainable development of China’s rural tourism at all. As an important
component of tourism in China, how to program the development of rural tourism and
run on the way of healthy and sustainable, which will directly influence the
orientation and rate of development of China’s rural tourism in future.
