Since July 2003,1 began to carry on the second kiln development ofcontrol system together with master Wu paper willwholly expatiate on the development ofthesecond kilncontrol system. The essful experience developed inthe firstkiln lies in:On the basis stabilize kilnhead temperature,put forward thecontrol idea SOcalled‘‘equal mass and equal energy”.And then draw lessons from theArrhenius formula thatused inrubber sulphurated engineering,realize thecontrol of“Ability ofClearing Color”(ACC). Though the control of the firstkiln make good result,in estimation ofthe material quantity and todistinguish parameter method have heavy atthese deficiencies,according to thecharacteristic ofthe second kiln itself,this paper has made new ofall,long—term observation found,calcine temperature ofthe kiln can reflect thickness and wetness ofthe material a certain ,try toregard the fluctuation ofthe materiaI as the disturbance ofthe calcines temperature and control it,avoid thegreat lagging ofmaterial measurement. Secondly,although the control target“Ability ofClearing Color”(ACC)only detect once per hour,experienced operation worker Can approximately distinguish the quality through observe production wecan distinguish historical ording totheworker’S judgment,SO thatthelagging detection can be alsoput forward thenew method forcontrol parameter distinguish,thus improve t
