文档介绍:( 此文档为 word 格式,下载后您可任意编辑修改! ) 烧结助剂对 AlON 透明陶瓷烧结性能的影响专业:物理学摘要: 尖晶石型氮氧化铝( γ-AlON )是 Al 2O 3 -AlN 体系中的一个稳定存在的单相、立方的固溶体结构, 它具有优异的物理、化学、光学等性质, 是红外窗口、整流罩和透明装甲等的优选材料,具有很大的应用潜力和广阔的应用前景。添加剂对于 AlON 陶瓷的烧结性能具有重要作用,本工作旨在通过实验研究 Y 2O 3 作为 AlON 陶瓷烧结助剂时的最佳用量。实验以微米级的 Al 粉和纳米级的γ-Al 2O 3 为原料, 通过铝热还原氮化 Al 2O 3 法制备出 AlON 粉体。在粉体中加入 %-% 的Y 2O 3 作为 AlON 陶瓷烧结的添加剂,粉体再经过一系列处理后在 N 2 气氛中烧结制备出 AlON 透明陶瓷。烧结后得到的各个陶瓷样品进行透过率和力学性能测试以研究具有最佳性能的 AlO N 陶瓷的添加剂用量。实验结果表明,当Y 2O 3 的添加量为 %w t 时,样品的微观气孔率最低、力学性能最好、透过率最高,性能最优异。关键词: AlON 、透明陶瓷、 Y 2O 3 、烧结助剂、透过率 Abstract: Spinel type AlON( ?-AlON) is one of the stable isotropic single-phase structures in the Al 2O 3 -AlN system, it has excellent physical 、 chemical and optical properties, which make it one of the key engineering ceramics widely used in infrared window, dome and transparent armor. Additive is very important for the properties of AlON ceramics, this work is to research an optimum additive ofY 2O 3 used in the preparation of AlON ceramics. In this experiment , micro-sized Al and nano-sized Al 2O 3 powders were used as raw materials, and the AlON powder was prepared by aluminothermic reduction and nitridation method. then add different quantity ofY 2O 3 as additive from % to %, and after a series of disposal, AlON ceramics can be sintering ed inN 2 atmosphere. Characterization of sintered samples included transparence and mechanical property measurement , to research an optimum additive which could finally gained AlON ceramics of the best property. The result of the experiment indicate that, when the Y 2O 3 was added by %wt,the sample has the lowest pore rate and the best mechanical property , furthermore the sample which Y 2O 3 was added by %wt has the best transmittance , its property is the best in all the samples.
