摘要
当今市场要求企业改变过去大规模、标准化、产品单一的生产模式,只有适
应当前多品种、小批量、个性化市场需求,企业才能生存和发展。由于 IT 技术发
展、企业供应链信息化发展趋势和企业面临的动态的市场变化,企业资源计划
(ERP)应运而生。
我国的许多工业企业,特别是生产制造企业,近几年在企业信息化建设上的
投入逐步加大。然而 ERP 核心功能的成功应用并不理想。很多企业在信息化建设
上投入很大,最终收效却很小,持续的投入使企业甚至面临着生存的危险。为了
克服 ERP 的这种弊端,企业在信息化的同时开始借助业务流程重组(BPR)的思
想开始进行企业改造。
本文以作者亲身参与的一家大型国有企业进行的信息化实践为案例, 就流程
重组和信息化如何进行有效结合,使得传统的制造业在电子商务时代获得生机和
发展,为企业管理带来了新的课题和挑战,结合我国制造业的现状,研究大型国
有企业在主辅分离,改制过程中如何应用 ERP 技术实现管理创新,技术创新和制
度创新。如何流程优化、组织机构优化,以及软件系统采用软构件技术,实现业
务流程和组织的可重构性和管理的柔性,解决新的管理思想,管理制度,管理方
法与传统习惯势力的矛盾。
通过对 JL 公司生产计划业务流程现状进行详尽的分析,提出 JL 公司生产计
划业务流程重组的整体解决方案及实施建议,较全面分析现有业务流程中存在的
问题,提出了现阶段离散制生产制造型企业信息化过程中,生产计划管理体系的
提升方法和经验总结。

Abstract
The situation in the market makes it necessary for the enterprise to change from
the production pattern of large scale, standardization and lack of diversification that
makes it possible for the enterprise to survive. Due to the development of IT, the trend
the enterprise supply chain information development and dynamic market change the
enterprise is facing, es the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning).
Many of our enterprises particularly manufacturing enterprises has been investing
more and more in the information technology. However, the application of the core
idea of ERP is not so satisfactory. Many invested a lot but harvest a little. Long lasting
investments make the enterprise risk the IT “black hole”. To e the ing
of ERP, enterprises appeal to BPR (Business Process Reengineering) to reframe the
structure of enterprise.
Business process reengineering is to give a serious second thought to and redesign
the Fundamental and Radical business process to get the Dramatic amelioration in
terms of cost, quality, service and rate.
