湖南省人力资本对经济增长的贡献研究

摘要
经济增长是一个国家或地区能否持续发展的根本,同时也是一个国家或地区和谐发
展的根本。目前,面对知识经济时代下的激烈竞争,人力资本已经成为科技进步和社会
发展最重要的资源和保证。对于湖南省人力资本及其在经济增长贡献的研究,判断人力
资本在经济增长中的作用,能更好的分析两者之间的相关性,也是对这一研究领域的补
充,为促进湖南经济发展提供适当的理论和实践指导意义,并最终促进湖南经济的快速、
均衡和可持续发展。
本文基于人力资本理论和经济增长理论,综合运用多种分析方法,采用1985—2005
年湖南省的相关数据,系统研究了人力资本与经济增长的相关关系,并对二者之间的关
系进行了实证检验。
通过上述的理论分析和实证检验后,研究结果表明,在过去十多年间物质资本对湖
南省经济增长的贡献率达 %,人力资本的贡献率为 %。湖南省的人力资本对经
济增长有着长期的促进作用,但是物质资本对经济增长贡献率较高。当前湖南省的经济
增长仍是以粗放型的物质资本增长为主,技术进步、制度安排等因素对产出的作用不明
显。本文认为湖南省要促进经济社会快速、稳定、可持续增长,实现全面建设小康社会
的目标,必须顺应改革开放形势,转变思想观念,加大人力资本投资力度,特别是教育
投资力度以提高人力资源质量,是促进经济增长的有效手段。

Abstract
Economic growth is the ultimate element to decide whether a country or a region could
continue to develop,mean while it is also the ultimate element to support such kind of
harmonious development. Currently,face to the petition occurrs in this knowledge
economy age,human capital has already became the most important wealth and guarantee to
technology innovation and social on human capital and its contribution
to the economic growth in Hunan Province,it will help to judge the effects that human capital
brings to economic growth,and to analyse further the relationship between them. The
research will also renew our knowledge on this particular academic field,and offer adequate
theoretical and practical indications to encourage economic development within the
province,and eventually lead Hunan Province to a speedy, balanced and continual economic
development.
This article is based on human capital theories and economic growth theories, adopts
relative data collected from 1985 to 2005 in Hunan Province,which different analysis methods
are used synthetically on this systematically researches the corresponding link
