文档介绍:-I- 摘要完美主义通常被描述成一种人格特质、特征或一种认知行为倾向。自尊是个体对自我所持有的一种整体的评价,包括自我评价、重要性和能力方面。在本研究中选取济南大学 6个学院的 317 名大学一年级至四年级的大学生为研究对象,运用多维完美主义量表( MPS) 、 Rosenberg 自尊量表( RSES) 、90 项症状清单( SCL-90) 为研究工具,研究的宗旨在于全面探讨大学生的完美主义、自尊水平和心理健康的关系,为我国大学生心理健康教育课程的开设提供理论依据,为心理健康教育提供一些建议和启示。所得结论如下: (1 )在性别方面,完美主义及其部分维度存在差异;自尊不存在显著差异;心理健康及其各维度均存在显著差异。(2 )在专业方面,完美主义及其部分维度存在差异;自尊存在显著差异;心理健康及其大部分维度存在显著性差异。(3 )在生源地方面,完美主义、自尊和心理健康及其各因素维度上均不存在显著性差异。(4 )在是否独生子女方面, 完美主义及其部分维度存在差异;自尊不存在显著差异;心理健康及其各维度也不存在显著性差异。(5 )在年级方面,完美主义及其部分维度存在差异;自尊存在极显著差异;心理健康及其大部分维度存在显著性差异。(6)完美主义与自尊、心理健康存在极显著相关。(7)高标准和适应性完美主义对自尊水平、心理健康都有显著的正向预测作用。(8)完美主义分量表分对自尊水平和心理健康都存在正向预测作用。(9)完美主义和自尊对心理健康有显著地预测作用。关键词: 完美主义; 自尊水平; 心理健康; 大学生- II- ABSTRACT The perfectionism is described asa personality trait, ora cognitive behavioral tendency , We thought : perfectionism is based on the "high standards" as the Central Element , psychological characteristics of emotional, cognitive. self-esteem is an overall evaluation for individual, including self-evaluation, the importance and ability aspect. .In the present study, selected the 6 Colleges of University of Jinan317 selectors , four grades students , used Perfectionism Scale ( MPS ), the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale ( RSES ),90 symptom checklist ( SCL-90 ) asa research tools, The aim of the research is prehensive discussion the relationship of the college students' perfect ionism , level of self-esteem and psychological health , the creation of course to provide a theoretical basis for the mental health education , and provide some Suggestions and enlightenment.
