文档介绍:一、下面是 PMI 官方给出的项目可交付成果描述要求以及举例: A .简短的一句话描述项目目标及个人角色(管理者角色) B. 项目每个过程的可交付物描述, 启动、计划、执行、监控、收尾可以缩写为 IN , PL , EX , MC , CL C .项目最终可交付物描述 D. 下面是比较合格的项目描述例子 Obj : Implementation of highly work (Data and Voice) infrastructure. IN : Project charter, Scope definition, Project proposal, Method statement. PL : Project planning and scheduling, Estimation, WBS, Team forming and kickoff meeting. EX: Work packages to project team, quality management, planning and validation MC: Progress and performance tracking, highlight report. Managed risk, quality and issue registers CL : End project report, lessons learned, received formal acceptance. e: Project delivered expected results.
