搅拌器81353-40,位号 20-A214
容器内搅拌轴与轴承轴连接法兰使用了一颗非EKATO提供的不锈钢螺栓,已严重锈蚀,必须更换。见下图。
该螺栓必须更换
This bolt must be changed with a stainless bolt.
It’s a bolt connecting the bearing shaft and mixer shaft, agitator 81353-40(20-A203)
搅拌器81353-10,20的短热阱冷却水管未接通。连接口尺寸为1\4 英寸,接管位置见下图。

此处为短热阱接管处,正对面有一个同样的接口,形成回路。此处的管连接必须在容器加压加热前完成。
The short heating trap must be connected with cooling water tube. Agitator 81353-10(10-A101) and 81353-20(10-A102)
搅拌器81353-10,20 的机封具有水夹套的设计,需要使用软管连接,现在使用了硬性钢管,会对夹套造成应力,使之产生变形,接通冷却水后会发生泄漏。情况见下图。
此处应该使用软管

The test run of the agitator 81353-10(customer item NO. 10-A101) cannot be finished as the converter controlling the motor has something wrong, and the converter are not supplied by EKATO.
