Based on theintroduce oftheresearch status ofknowledge conVersion and sharing,this thesissummarizes theconcepts andcharacteristics oftacitknowledge, enterprise’s tacitknowledge nlanagement,tacit knowledge conVersion andsharing and ,starting fromthe叩plication status ofthe tacitknowledge management, this 1hesis proVides the tacit knowledge management system framework based on ,introduces theparts oftheframework,and analyses how toachieVe tacitknowledge acquisition and storage ,on thebasis of the above framework,this thesis discusses how to improVe tacit knowledge sonversion and sharing up the tacitknowledge conversion platfom to improVe tacit knowledge addition,by the means ofpersonalized search mechanisms and knowledge push to enhance the sharing of tacitknowledge.
