膨胀期白内障继发青光眼手术方式的临床评价

[ 摘要] 目的探讨膨胀期白内障继发青光眼手术方法及其疗效。方法回顾性分析 2000 年至 2006 年我院诊治的 43 例膨
胀期白内障继发青光眼手术后的临床资料和随诊结果, 依据病人病史、术前眼压控制情况及查体所见分别行: ( 1) 白内障现代
囊外摘除( ECCE) 、人工晶体( IOL) 植入联合小梁切除术; ( 2) 超声乳化白内障吸除( Phaco) 、人工晶体( IOL) 植入联合小梁切
除术; ( 3) 单纯超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入术三种手术方式。43 例病人术后随访 12 ~48 个月。结果术后视力> 013
者 38 例, 43 例病人无一例继发恶性青光眼, 术后眼压控制在正常范围。结论膨胀期白内障应首选晶体摘除和人工晶体植
入, 选择正确的手术方式, 是减少术后并发症, 促进术后视功能恢复的关键。
