摘要
近年来,党中央非常重视农业发展问题,采取了一系列行之有效的措施,农村面貌
发生了巨大的变化。社会发展的现实推动我们回溯过去,重新审视历史并从中汲取营养。
回顾历史,不少历史人物对农业问题提出过诸多因应之方,对于具有代表性历史人物的
农业经济思想作一回顾,不失为我们今天探索农业发展路径之借鉴。中国革命的先行者
孙中山并不是研究农业经济学的专门学者,但是他作为资产阶级革命派的领袖,在一生
的革命历程中,始终关注中国的农业发展问题。由此,孙中山对于钻研、宣传、运用西
方的经济学理论,给予了极大的重视,克鲁泡特金的互助论以及亨利·乔治的土地国有
思想对孙中山农业经济思想的影响尤为深刻。孙中山以西方的经济学理论为指导,结合
中国农业发展中存在的问题,提出了一系列发展农业的主张,包括改变农业生产关系、
实现“耕者有其田”,大力发展农业科学技术,积极应对各类灾害,农商协调发展,等
等。同时,孙中山在理解西方经济学理论方面亦存在着偏差,并受到中国传统农业经济
思想的深刻影响。但是,这并不影响孙中山农业经济思想的历史地位。整体来看,孙中
山继承了中国传统农本思想的优良传统,同时又不拘泥于小农经济的狭隘思想,在借鉴
吸收西方经济学理论的基础上,针对中国农业发展中存在的一系列问题提出了自己的主
张,以改造和发展中国农业,实现中国农业的现代化。孙中山提出的农业近代化方案,
反映了近代中国历史发展的客观趋势及全国人民的愿望,符合中国当时生产力发展的客
观要求,其历史进步性和积极意义应予以充分肯定,是孙中山留给后人的一份值得珍惜
的宝贵精神财富。

Abstract
As China’s revolutionary forerunner,Sun Yat-sen was not a specialized agricultural
economics as the revolutionary leader,he had always been interested in China’s
agricultural development in his life history. So Sun Yat-sen payed great attention for the study
and use of Western economic theories. In order to achieve agricultural modernization, with
the guide of the Western economic theories, combined with China’s agricultural problems,
Sun Yat-sen put forward a series of propositions, including the development of agricultural
science and technology ﹑ the Government co-ordination ﹑ Coordinated development of
agricultural and business ﹑ disaster management , and so on. At the same time,Sun
Yat-sen’understanding of Western economic theories had some this did not affect
Sun’s status in the history of agricultural economic thought. Overall, Sun Yat-Sen inherited
Chinese agriculture-based thought, but sticked little to the narrow small-scale peasant
economy the base of drawing lessons from western economic theory and current
situation of the development of chinese agriculture, Sun put forward a series
