供应链实践和企业绩效的关系——考察企业竞争战略的影响

摘要

随着市场竞争的加剧,企业不断地寻找提高企业绩效的途径,于是供应链管
理越来越受到企业的重视。
虽然已有很多的文献对供应链管理进行研究,但是对于供应链实践的研究相
对来说要少很多,并且对于供应链管理实践具体包含的范围还不明确,其体系框
架还存在着混乱。另外供应链管理实践对企业绩效的影响已有不少研究,但是却
是孤立地看待这个问题,没有考虑其它调节变量的影响。就国内的研究而言,目
前大多是规范的研究方法,而实证性的研究相对较少,所以本文通过构建模型,
考察供应链实践和企业绩效的关系,以及企业竞争战略和供应链管理实践-绩效
的权变模型。
首先系统地总结了 7 个供应链实践,分别是与供应商整合、与顾客整合、企
业内部整合、JIT 的应用、全面质量管理、人力资源管理、计算机技术应用。再
构建模型,运用因子分析和回归分析等统计方法,找出在不同的竞争战略下,哪
些供应链管理实践与其更匹配。最后得出结论,成本领先战略下,企业内部整合、
全面质量管理能够和其更好地匹配;而在差异化战略下,供应商整合、顾客整合、
企业内部整合和人力资源管理和其更好地匹配。文章得出的结果对于企业也具有
借鉴意义,实行不同竞争战略的企业根据结果调整供应链实践的关注程度,使供
应链实践更好地与竞争战略相匹配。

Abstract

As the petition, companies had been finding various ways to improve
their business performance. And supply chain management is attracting more and
more enterprises’ attention.
Although supply chain management practices are largely documented, there is no
common consensus on the definition and systems of supply chain practices. As to
constructing models, though there are researches on such relationship between supply
chain practices and business performance, few researchers considered the impact of
moderating variables. As far as domestic studies, most of them are normative and lack
of empirical research. So the thesis explores the relationship between supply chain
practices and business performance, and moderating effect petitive strategy by
supply chain petitive strategy-performance contingency model.
The study first summarize seven dimensions of supply chain practices, which are
supplier integration, customer integration, internal integration, JIT application, total
quality management, human resource management, advanced manufacturing
technology. Then the study develop hypothesis and analyze data by regression. The
result is that internal integration and total quality management are better
