文档介绍:Study on the Interface Adhesion of Cement Emulsified Asphalt Mastic-aggregate A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate:Wang Rui Supervisor:Prof. Wang Zhenjun Chang’an University, Xi’an, China I II 摘要水泥乳化沥青混合料是由级配集料和水泥、乳化沥青结合料及空隙混合在一起的混合材料,两种结合料在胶浆-集料界面内的存在形式与单纯的水泥或沥青差别较大, 致使界面结构与水泥混凝土或沥青混凝土有一定的差异,而界面结构直接影响混凝土的整体性能。因此,本文对水泥乳化沥青胶浆-集料界面粘附性能进行了研究。选用布氏旋转粘度仪对不同配比的水泥乳化沥青胶浆在不同温度下进行试验,试验结果表明:4%的水泥用量和7%乳化沥青组合的水泥乳化沥青胶浆粘度最高。通过光学显微镜下观察乳化沥青和新拌水泥乳化沥青胶浆发现,水泥的加入促使乳化沥青破乳且破乳后的沥青交织在一起。通过对集料级配的空隙率、密度、分形研究发现,水泥乳化沥青混合料适合选用连续密级配的集料级配类型。运用离散元重组了不同级配类型的水泥乳化沥青混合料试件并进行虚拟试验研究,研究结果与集料级配的研究结果完全吻合。采用浸水马歇尔试验、浸水车辙试验、浸水劈裂试验和飞散试验评价水泥乳化沥青混合料的粘附性,试验结果表明:水泥乳化沥青胶浆粘度影响混合料整体的使用性能,随粘度提高相应的混合料使用性能好。关键词:水泥乳化沥青胶浆;界面;集料分形;离散单元法;粘度;微观结构 III Abstract Cement asphalt emulsion mixture can be described as a composite material with viscoelastic matrix,gradation aggregates, and small percentage of air voids. The existing form and the interface structureof the two binders in the interface are different from cement and asphalt only,and the interface affected the concrete structure performancedirectly. Therefore, this paperstudied the microstructure interface adhesion properties of cement emulsified asphalt mastic-aggregate. The experiment isdifferent proportion of the cement and emulsified asphalt in different temperature withBrinell rotary eter instrument, the test resultsindicated that:the highestviscosity is 4% of the cement and 7% of emulsifiedasphalt. The experiment indicated that the cement impeled the emulsified asphalt breaking and connected, compared to new emulsified asphaltand cement emulsified asphalt mastic withthe optical microscope. The continuous dense aggregate gradation type is suitable forthe cement emulsified asphalt mixturethrough the aggregate distribution in the porosity, density, fractal study.
