摘要
随着建筑业市场的竞争加剧,加之全球经济危机的不断蔓延,如何搞好成本控制,使经济效益最大化已经成为1>施工企业提高自身竞争力的重要途径。但很多施工企业还没有意识到成本控制的重要性,没有将成本控制工作落到实处,或者是成本控制的体系不够完善,致使工程项目施工过程中出现了很多浪费,增加了工程项目的成本。这必将导致施工企业利润的减少,影响企业的经济效益提高。
因此,项目成本管理就成为实现企业经济效益最大化的关键保证因素,是当前施工项目管理的核心内容之一。如何加强项目成本管理,是所有建筑施工企业都必须重视的问题。只有增强成本意识,完善组织结构,重视基础工作,对成本实行全过程的监控并注重质量成本的管理,才能够有效控制项目成本,为企业创造更大的经济收益。

Along with the architecture industry petition aggravating, adds the global economic crisis unceasing spread, how does well the cost control, caused the economic efficiency maximization already to e the construction enterprise to enhance petitive power the important the very many construction enterprise has not realized the cost control the importance, has not landed on feet the cost control work, or was the cost control system insufficient consummation, in the cause engineering project construction process appears has very wasted, increased the engineering project will certainly to cause the construction enterprise profit the reduction, affects the enterprise the economic efficiency enhancement. Therefore, the item cost management es the realization enterprise economic efficiency maximization the key guarantee factor, is one of current construction project management core strengthens the item cost management, is question which all construction construction enterprise all must then enhancement cost consciousness, consummates anizational structure, takes the foundation work, implements the entire process to the cost the monitoring and pays great attention to the quality cost the management, only then can the active control item cost, be the enterprise creates a greater economic gain.
